Broken arrows for collection

This is not to complain about having to get them. This is to complain about others on the server... I have spent days farming Broken Arrows. Grinding on light and dark blue mobs just so everyone on the server can benefit from the enhanced XP on the weekend. I see many others grinding over there. No one seems to be working towards the collection. Nearly all the broken arrows turned in have been from me (40 of 49). I have another 72 to add to it. I wondered why this is such a problem. So many people farming them and not turning them in and then I found out the hard way. I just finished killing a mob and a broken arrow dropped for me. I hit the wrong button and missed an heal and died. NO ONE would res me. Instead they waited to steal the broken arrow. When I returned I started farming again and one of these fools kept KSing me. So I eventually gave up on farming. Then today I am shopping hefei and I see the fool who stole my broken arrow, would not res me, and KSed me selling 5 broken arrows for 800k.
