Removing items from Collections list

I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this topic, so feel free to move it.

I'm wondering if there is any way to remove collection items from their list once they have been added. I made the mistake of adding the lvl3 ND elixers to the Wan Daye FD weapon collection without researching it first. Now that I looked it up, it's not something I want. Is there any way to remove those elixers from that list, or am I just out of luck? Luckily I didn't put the 10 BEs in yet. Any help would be tremendously appreciated.

And I also don't want the WD Staff or Polearm/Spade that are part of that group.
